Caring for the candle

On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge before you put it out. This keeps it from tunnelling.
Trim the wick to about ¼" before each burn, and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything that can catch.
Set it on a heat-safe surface. The lid turns over into a coaster.
When the wax is gone, clean out the vessel with warm water and keep it. It makes a good pot for small things.

Caring for cement

Every piece is sealed. Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Don't soak it, put it in a dishwasher, or use bleach or abrasive cleaners. Small variations in colour and surface are part of how cast cement is made.

Fitting cabinet knobs

Each knob fits with one #8-32 machine screw from behind, through a 3/16" hole. Use the 1" screw for standard ¾" fronts; for thicker fronts, snap the break-away screw to length. Snug it up by hand; don't overtighten.

Shipping is free anywhere in the US, by USPS or UPS. It's built into every price.
In-stock pieces ship in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship in 2–3 weeks; each product page says which it is.
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Local pickup

Pickup is free in Newark, DE or Philadelphia. Choose it in your cart and we'll email you to set a time.

Arrives safe, or we replace it

If anything arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free. No need to send it back.

Returns

In-stock pieces can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions.
Made-to-order pieces are cast for you and are final sale.
