These terms cover purchases made on mohrphiladelphia.com. MOHR is a small business based in Delaware.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you receive a receipt by email. If we can't fill an order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order pieces are cast after you buy them and ship in about 2–3 weeks. Because each piece is hand-cast, small variations in colour and surface are normal and are not defects.

Shipping, pickup and returns

Candle safety

Follow the care instructions that come with your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
